It's autumn. Even late autumn. I have tried to follow the change of colors this autumn, but have only had time for a few glimpses now and then. I try to take a stroll every afternoon. Walking helps me regain contact with the ground, with earth so to speak, after a days work. Letting my eyes rest on all the colors nature gives is soothing for my soul. Walking on the colorful autumn leaves reminds me of where I belong and gives me a sense of belonging. Belonging is important for loving oneself and others. Belonging creates togetherness and unconditional belonging is probably what we all strive for from childhood and to our dying day.
